Lavender Fields
Haiku is a short Japanese, unrhyming poem capturing a moment in time. The poem is on the picture on the front of the postcard. I have written a brief description of where the inspiration for the poem came from on the main body of the postcard.

'Summer Bottled' was inspired by a visit
to a lavender farm in Kent.
It was a warm sunny day and the air was
filled with the calming scent of lavender.
There were butterflies and bees dancing
all around. A very enjoyable day.
