Lavender Fields

Haiku is a short Japanese, unrhyming poem capturing a moment in time. The poem is on the picture on the front of the postcard. I have written a brief description of where the inspiration for the poem came from on the main body of the postcard.

Visit collection: Haiku
Lavender Fields, rows of lavender in bloom, the rows disappearing into the distance on a sunny day.
'Summer Bottled' was inspired by a visit to a lavender farm in Kent. It was a warm sunny day and the air was filled with the calming scent of lavender. There were butterflies and bees dancing all around. A very enjoyable day.
